Synthesia is hiring a Growth Engineering Manager to lead complex engineering projects focused on user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth. The role will manage and scale engineering teams, prioritize high-impact work with product and data, track growth metrics, support engineers’ development, and foster a collaborative, high-velocity culture. Candidates should have at least four years of experience leading engineering teams, experience scaling teams toward product and revenue goals, and a relevant engineering background in scalable SaaS products; growth, experimentation, or conversion optimization experience is a plus. The role is full-time and based in-office or remotely in the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, or Ireland, with a starting base salary of EUR/GBP/CHF 180,000 plus stock options.
