Description
Binance is seeking a Growth Lead to drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand growth for its Pakistan market. The role owns full-funnel growth across paid acquisition, KOL and influencer marketing, offline activations, O2O growth, organic channels, community programs, and campaign localization, while using analytics and experimentation to improve conversion and ROI. It also involves building and mentoring a local growth team and requires at least seven years of relevant growth, marketing, or user acquisition experience, strong Pakistan market knowledge, omnichannel expertise, and leadership experience.
