Description

Commure is hiring a senior Growth leader to architect and operate its growth engine from the ground up. The role owns performance marketing, ad-engine optimization, MQL and pipeline accountability, full-funnel growth systems, experimentation infrastructure, analytics, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Brand. It is a hands-on, high-visibility position focused on building and scaling repeatable growth systems in B2B SaaS, with healthtech experience preferred.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Senior, hands-on experience building integrated growth programs in B2B SaaS
Ownership of an MQL or pipeline number and accountability for net new business outcomes
Hands-on experience building and optimizing paid search, social, and programmatic ad engines
Experience scaling an early-stage marketing foundation into a repeatable growth system
Experience instrumenting funnels and writing high-conversion briefs
Experience designing processes, taxonomies, and operating cadences
Preferred Qualifications: Healthtech experience
ABM experience with Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales
Product-led and sales-led motion experience
Data science collaboration on incrementality testing or advanced attribution
Scaled performance creative systems across channels
