Eucalyptus is hiring a Growth Lead to join the founding team for its Spain market, launching Juniper from scratch. The role owns growth strategy, performance marketing, creative production, e-commerce, brand media, funnel optimization, budget management, market analysis, OKR execution, and cross-functional collaboration with the General Manager and central growth teams. Candidates should have 4–8 years of growth, performance, or digital marketing experience in a fast-growing direct-to-consumer or e-commerce business, strong Spanish consumer-market knowledge, fluency in Spanish and English, and the ability to operate with limited resources in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
