Description
Stash is hiring a Growth Manager, Affiliate to own and scale its affiliate and influencer acquisition engine. The role manages partner relationships, offers, payouts, tracking, quality, fraud, and performance; develops testing roadmaps; analyzes results; and collaborates with paid social, creative, legal, compliance, brand, and finance teams. It is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of Acquisition, requires at least 2–5 years of affiliate-program experience and startup growth experience, and operates on a hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the New York office. The position offers a base salary of $140,000–$160,000 plus equity and health care benefits.
