Taptap Send is hiring a Growth Manager for its US-Africa corridor to expand TTS among African diaspora communities in the United States. The role combines customer acquisition and retention, community partnerships, advertising and events, influencer and ambassador sourcing, CRM management, customer research, complaint resolution, and cross-functional product and operations input. It requires 4–5 years of experience in a high-growth environment, strong African diaspora networks, business development or marketing experience, and travel across United States states; the position is based in New York or New Jersey and reports to the Head of Africa.
