JetBrains is hiring a Growth Manager to own the acquisition, onboarding, and activation journey for JetBrains AI for teams and organizations. The role focuses on improving product entry points, trial starts, demos, sandbox experiences, setup flows, guided education, and early-user experiences; running experiments; analyzing product analytics; and partnering with marketing, monetization, design, engineering, analytics, research, and other product teams. The position offers flexible work from home or the office, with up to 30 days per year of remote work abroad, and includes medical insurance, learning opportunities, and other benefits.
