Getsafe is hiring a Growth Manager to build and scale acquisition for its Pet insurance vertical from scratch. The role owns go-to-market strategy, customer research, acquisition budgeting, and execution across paid social, TikTok, Google, YouTube, affiliate, influencer, UGC, partnership, and campaign channels. Candidates should have experience building growth engines, scaling acquisition channels, leading people, and working fluently in English and German. The position is based in Berlin or Heidelberg with a hybrid or on-site setup.
