Taptap Send is seeking a highly motivated individual to drive the growth of their Transfers service (TTS) in Latin America. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies, conducting customer research, establishing partnerships, managing advertising campaigns, identifying and engaging community ambassadors, optimizing operations, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product quality and customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and marketing acumen, a data-driven mindset, creativity, and a deep understanding of Latam communities.
