LemFi is hiring a Growth Manager to expand its financial app across Nigerian communities in the United States. The role combines extensive travel to new cities, community events, user acquisition, sponsorship and partnership development, market research, and growth KPI ownership. Candidates need at least two years of experience in growth, sales, marketing, or a similar fast-paced environment, strong knowledge of Nigerian communities in the United States, data-driven skills, and the ability to work independently and travel extensively.
