Alpha Lion is hiring a remote-first Growth Marketer to own paid acquisition execution and scaling across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other assigned channels. The role manages high-volume ad spend, optimizes acquisition funnels, runs creative and audience testing, analyzes performance, and translates insights into recommendations for creative, conversion-rate optimization, offers, and acquisition strategy. Candidates need at least four years of hands-on paid acquisition experience, including managing $1M+ monthly ad spend in a direct response or DTC environment, along with strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills. The position offers a base salary of 4,000–6,000 USD per month and may include performance bonuses, growth incentives, and benefits.
