Description
Qualitate is hiring a Growth Marketer to build and scale its growth engine through paid, lifecycle, website, content, and other channels. The role owns creative asset creation, growth experimentation, paid acquisition, conversion optimization, reporting, and analytics, and works cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Engineering, and Research. Candidates should have at least three years of growth, marketing, or design experience, analytics fluency, hands-on channel execution, and creative asset production skills. The position offers a base salary of $120,000–$150,000, a performance-based bonus, equity, health coverage, flexible PTO, and paid holidays, and is full-time and hybrid in New York City.
