Base44 is hiring an experienced growth marketer to own an audience and growth number, create campaigns and content, run experiments, build marketing tools and AI workflows, and lead product launches. The role requires proven B2C technology marketing experience, strong audience and positioning judgment, genuine AI fluency, independence, and strong written communication. Candidates must be based in the New York City area and visit the NYC office three times per week. The expected base salary is $160,000–$175,000, with company RSUs and medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible U.S. employees.
