Hire Hangar is hiring a remote Growth Marketing Associate to work in United States time zones. The role plans and runs email and SMS campaigns, manages social channels, maintains a content calendar, creates graphics and short videos, automates workflows between CRM and other tools, tracks performance, and supports sales teams in South America. Candidates need 1–3 years of hands-on modern CRM experience, multi-channel campaign experience, Zapier or Make workflow skills, basic design and video skills, Excel or Google Sheets analysis skills, and fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
