First Circle is hiring a Growth Operations Associate for its Operations team in the Philippines, focused on operating and improving new product launches across corporate credit cards, invoice financing, payments accounts, and payroll. The role reports to the Head of New Product Operations and involves product performance reporting, ad hoc analysis, process and solution design, recurring-process execution and automation, and cross-functional coordination. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2–5 years of operations or analytics experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, SQL and data-analysis experience, and an execution-oriented mindset. The position uses a hybrid setup with two days per week in the BGC office and remote work the rest of the time.
