Description
Uplane is hiring a full-time, on-site Growth Operator in San Francisco or Berlin to work directly with the founders on company growth and operations. The role covers growth projects, international team scaling, launching new projects, building AI-native workflows, and finding and onboarding new hires. Candidates need at least one year of relevant experience, strong social and organizational skills, exceptional academic achievements, and fluent German and English; experience building teams or processes from scratch is a plus.
