Description
HelloFresh France is hiring a Growth Operator to support and scale growth operations across pricing and discount strategy, referral and win-back channels, retention roadmap execution, and cross-functional campaign setup and reporting. The role works closely with global teams and local teams in Berlin and Paris, requires strong analytical ability in Excel or Google Sheets, data-driven decision-making, bilingual French and English communication, and 2 to 4 years of experience in growth marketing or a similar operational role.
