EliseAI is hiring a Senior Associate for its Growth Strategy team to own end-to-end growth initiatives, including product positioning and messaging, automated customer engagement programs, product launches, sales enablement, performance analysis, and strategic growth planning. The role combines strategy, consulting, and operational experience with technical execution and requires working in person at the company office four days per week. Compensation is $130,000–$180,000 plus equity and benefits.
