Description
Crisis24 is seeking a GSOC Analyst to monitor global events, camera and alarm systems, client locations and assets, and security alerts; triage service and support requests; investigate incidents; create disengage zones; maintain event logs; communicate with stakeholders; and coordinate cross-functional responses. The role requires an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field or two years of prior GSOC experience, security operations or emergency-dispatch experience, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with CCTV, access control, and incident-management technologies, flexibility for 24/7 shifts, and a comprehensive background check.
