Description
The Executive Airlift Government Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst II provides mission-essential 24x7 Tier II support at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. The role tracks and assists aircraft in flight with communications issues, uses chat software, responds to incidents, coordinates root-cause resolution and service restoration, maintains ticket reviews and reports, supports trend analysis, and maintains a Master Station Log. The position requires at least four years of service desk experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, United States citizenship, an active Top Secret Department of Defense security clearance, and a background check; ServiceNow experience is preferred.
