Description
The GSRP Associate Teacher supports a Lead Teacher in planning and implementing play-based lessons for 4-year-old children, observes and assesses development, maintains a safe and organized classroom, builds relationships with children and families, and participates in family engagement, staff meetings, and professional development. The role requires an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or a valid Child Development Associate credential with a plan to complete an associate degree; preschool experience is preferred, and the educator must meet state licensing and GSRP requirements.
