Description
The Commercial Contracts Program Manager will govern and oversee GSRS's global vendor contracting and compliance activities, advise on vendor strategy and performance management, maintain a large vendor contract portfolio, and support vendor managers through the GSR Deal Desk. The role covers vendor selection, negotiations, contract drafting, compliance, performance management, risk resolution, outsourced services, and AI-enabled process improvements, while partnering with legal, procurement, and other Google stakeholders. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and 8 years of experience in contract law and commercial contracts, vendor performance management, and global vendor operations. The role may be based in Playa Vista, California, with other listed work locations.
