Description
The Program Implementation Manager for Global Shared Services will own the implementation of process improvement, automation, business expansion, and GSS operational projects. The role manages program milestones, UAT and pilot rollouts, post-launch adoption, stakeholder coordination, forecast alignment, risk mitigation, executive documentation, and cross-functional communication. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, three years of cross-functional technology and non-technology experience, three years of process improvement experience, a bachelor's degree, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, and fluent English proficiency.
