Description
The Technology Enablement Manager will manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects, translate operational needs into structured requirements, coordinate with engineering and vendor partners, oversee timelines and budgets, and deliver documentation, training, and post-deployment validation. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, business administration, technology management, or equivalent practical experience, plus 8 years of relevant program, business operations, planning, or technology project management experience. Compensation is $140,000–$204,000 USD plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
