Description

JumpCloud is hiring a GTM Systems & Operations Specialist to design, build, and operationalize AI-powered outbound systems that automate account sourcing, research, prioritization, personalization, sequencing, and engagement. The role focuses on production workflows across Salesforce, Marketo, Clay, Gong Engage, enrichment providers, and other GTM tools, while improving pipeline generation, seller productivity, and outbound efficiency. It requires hands-on experience with modern GTM systems, AI and LLM workflows, APIs, automation logic, and lightweight scripting, along with strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and execution skills. The position is remote in Mexico and requires fluent English.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Hands-on experience with modern GTM systems, including Salesforce, Marketo, Gong Engage, enrichment providers, and outbound engagement platforms.
Experience building and maintaining workflows across tools such as Clay, Openprise, Zapier, Replit, or similar orchestration platforms.
Practical experience applying AI and automation to GTM workflows beyond experimentation.
Experience working with LLMs, prompt workflows, structured outputs, AI-assisted personalization, and integrating AI outputs into operational systems.
Familiarity with APIs, automation logic, webhooks, and lightweight scripting to connect systems and automate processes.
Proven ability to independently build and operationalize workflows from idea through deployment and iteration.
Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of agentic workflows, signal-based automation, RAG, embeddings, or AI orchestration frameworks.
Experience with Claude Cowork & Code.
