Magentic is hiring a GTM Associate to support enterprise customer conversations from first meetings through deal progression. The role involves joining customer meetings, preparing and delivering product demonstrations, drafting follow-ups and proposals, researching target accounts, coordinating opportunities, and sharing customer feedback with product and engineering. Candidates should have 1–2 years of customer-facing or commercial experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and an interest in AI and enterprise software. The position offers a salary of £55,000–£65,000 per annum, equity, hybrid work in London, and other benefits.
