Description
Klaviyo is hiring an onshore Agent Operator to operate, tune, and extend its agentic data quality pipeline for GTM data. The role runs production pipeline sessions, diagnoses failures, manages batch processes and orchestration, evaluates agent accuracy, and owns the handoff between automated detection and Concentrix triage. It also maintains enrichment workflows, data quality metrics, runbooks, and cross-functional data operations. The position requires 3–6 years of data, sales, or GTM operations experience, Snowflake and SFDC proficiency, operational LLM tooling experience, and command-line skills. The base salary range for U.S. locations is $124,000–$186,000 USD, with possible travel of up to 10% and additional compensation benefits.
