Sapien is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and own the growth infrastructure for its go-to-market motion. The role covers CRM architecture, data enrichment, automation, lead routing, dashboards, reporting, AI-powered research and personalization, channel experimentation, marketing support, and process improvements. The engineer will partner with founders and the sales team, create repeatable playbooks, and provide structured growth signals to leadership. The position requires a builder mentality, 2–4+ years of relevant experience, process and technical fluency, and strong AI usage.
