Monk is hiring a GTM Engineer to own revenue outcomes end to end and build systems that generate pipeline. The role may involve account scoring and enrichment workflows, outbound experiments, automated research and prospecting, GTM-system improvements, and conversion-data analysis. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a top-tier management consultancy, investment bank, or comparable high-ownership GTM, growth, strategy, or operating role; strong analytical and structured thinking, ownership, resilience, and a bias toward action are required.
