Description
AgentMail is hiring a full-time, on-site GTM Engineer in San Francisco to build and own the company’s growth infrastructure. The role covers growth data instrumentation and dashboards, lookalike modeling and automated outbound, PLG experiments, API and webhook integrations, tool selection, AI-powered internal tools, and systems from prototype through adoption. Candidates should have a technical foundation in computer science, data science, or an equivalent field, with Python, TypeScript, SQL, API integration, and growth-systems experience; experience with growth tools, PostHog, enrichment, outbound infrastructure, agentic workflows, or technical PLG companies is a bonus.
