Description
Avoca is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and operate the data, systems, and growth infrastructure supporting its outbound motion. The role owns the autonomous outbound email engine, AI-powered prospect research and account prioritization workflows, market mapping, buying-signal detection, CRM and data integrations, and internal tools that convert signals into qualified pipeline. The engineer will work with Sales, RevOps, and Growth, evaluate the GTM technology stack, and report to the Head of Growth. The position is based in New York City and offers an expected on-target earnings range of $160,000-$210,000 plus base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
