Description
Bitsight is hiring its first GTM Engineer to design and build automated infrastructure supporting its go-to-market strategy. The role combines engineering, data, AI, and revenue operations to evaluate and migrate to AI-native platforms, build LLM and agentic workflows, automate enrichment and sequencing, integrate CRM and other systems, engineer data quality and governance, and partner with Sales and RevOps. Candidates need at least three years of experience in technical business systems, GTM engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, or a related applied technical role, along with SQL, programming, API, workflow automation, and GTM knowledge. The anticipated base salary for United States-based employees is $135,000 to $160,000 annually, with bonus, commission, equity, and benefits.
