Description

Handshake is hiring a Senior GTM Engineer to build AI-powered automation and workflows across its go-to-market stack. The role owns live automation portfolios, develops enrichment and signal-detection workflows, builds AI agents and workflows using Salesforce Flows, Workato, Python, SQL, and other tools, and establishes documentation, monitoring, and testing frameworks. It is a senior individual-contributor position that also helps shape the team and spread AI best practices across Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and RevOps.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3–5 years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Systems Engineering, or Growth Engineering building software-grade automation for a B2B SaaS organization
Hands-on Salesforce experience with data models, Flows, and formula fields
Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of total experience
Production experience with LLM APIs, including prompt design, evaluation loops, and error handling
Agent tooling and Model Context Protocol experience
Project experience in AI/ML and advanced analytics
Background in early-career or marketplace SaaS
