InterSystems is hiring a GTM Engineer to redesign go-to-market workflows and accelerate AI-enabled tooling and intelligent automation across North America Sales. The role partners with Technical Services, Pega Development, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and customer-facing teams to improve seller productivity, pipeline quality, sales insights, and software revenue. Responsibilities include workflow analysis, automation implementation, AI tool evaluation and deployment, KPI tracking, dashboard reporting, and cross-functional delivery. The position requires 7+ years of relevant experience, strong project management and communication skills, data proficiency, and familiarity with sales technology and LLMs. The estimated base salary is $114,000–$150,000 USD, with variable incentive and benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance.
