LangChain is hiring a GTM Engineer to build production-grade autonomous agents for technical support, onboarding, and customer success. The role owns the technical roadmap, analyzes customer friction points, reduces support volume, and develops AI-native onboarding workflows using LangGraph and LangSmith. Candidates should be AI-native developers with at least three years of software engineering experience and one year shipping LLM systems in production, with Python or TypeScript and full-stack capabilities. The position offers a base salary of $160,000–$180,000 plus equity, benefits, and perks.
