Description
LangChain is seeking a GTM Engineer to architect and deploy AI-native systems for technical support, onboarding, and customer success. The role involves designing production-grade agents using LangGraph and LangSmith to address customer friction points, reducing support volume, and improving the customer experience. The ideal candidate will act as a product owner, owning the full lifecycle of developed systems, contributing to the open-source ecosystem, and building AI-native onboarding workflows.
