Description
Neo Security is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and maintain AI-powered workflows, automations, agents, scripts, and lightweight applications across its revenue and marketing technology stack. The role focuses on integrating CRM, marketing automation, data warehouses, enrichment and intent tools, and LLM APIs; partnering with demand generation, field marketing, and sales; prototyping and measuring GTM experiments; and maintaining reliable, cost-effective production systems. Candidates need at least three years of experience in technical marketing, growth engineering, marketing operations, or GTM engineering, hands-on coding ability, LLM API or AI agent experience, and knowledge of modern RevOps integrations. The position is based in the United States and allows remote work across U.S. time zones.
