Sequen is hiring a GTM Engineering/Business Development Representative to own outreach, prospecting, audience development, and automated multi-channel communication flows. The role builds and optimizes email, LinkedIn, and web sequences; manages enrichment, sequencing, data, and AI tooling; and partners with sales, marketing, and RevOps to generate scalable pipeline. Candidates should have at least three years of GTM engineering or equivalent AI- and automation-heavy BDR or growth experience, strong modern GTM tooling skills, data-driven optimization ability, and a bachelor's degree or comparable experience. The role offers a competitive base plus bonus, commission, and equity.
