Description
Siro is hiring its first dedicated GTM Engineer to build and automate data flows that source, enrich, and synchronize customer and account data across CRM, product, data warehouse, and outbound systems. The role owns the GTM data layer, maintains integrations and sync logic, documents systems, supports reporting and analysis, evaluates platform investments, and develops recommendations for improving the SDR team’s effectiveness. It requires 3–5 years of experience in data science, data or analytics engineering, or GTM engineering, along with strong Python and SQL skills, pipeline and API experience, CRM familiarity, and experience with GTM tools.
