Zip is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and operate AI and automation systems that improve pipeline generation and sales efficiency across the presales motion. The role combines GTM strategy, workflow design, sales operations, AI implementation, and hands-on development using tools such as Clay, n8n, Salesforce, Gong, and SQL. The engineer will own workflows from planning and scoping through pilot, launch, adoption, and iteration, while measuring impact and experimenting with new integrations and AI capabilities. The position offers a salary of $150,000-$190,000 and includes health, vision, dental, equity, flexible PTO, and other benefits.
