Description
Zone & Company is hiring a GTM Engineering Leader to own the systems, data, integrations, automation, and AI workflows powering its go-to-market organization. The role will architect GTM infrastructure, build and govern revenue workflows, apply LLMs and agentic tooling, run experiments, and lead BDRs transitioning into GTM engineers. It requires at least four years of hands-on GTM automation and integration experience, expertise in Clay or a comparable platform, Salesforce and SQL/Python/JavaScript proficiency, BI experience, and team management experience. The position is fully remote and offered as a fixed-term or permanent contract depending on the candidate’s country of residence.
