Description
A11 is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and maintain the technical operating system behind its go-to-market motion. The role owns enrichment pipelines, CRM workflows, dashboards, account-prioritization systems, outbound infrastructure, data quality, and sales-tool evaluation. It requires at least one year of experience in a GTM, RevOps, Sales Ops, or comparable technical role, experience shipping at least two GTM systems, AI-native tooling, API and backend work, Supabase or comparable database experience, CRM workflow experience, ICP enrichment experience, and fluent German and English. The position is based in Hamburg and offers senior-level compensation plus equity.
