Tulip is hiring a GTM Engineering Manager to build and ship AI-native tools, agents, and automations for its go-to-market motion. The role integrates LLMs and agentic patterns into production workflows, connects GTM platforms such as Clay, Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Looker, evaluates technology reliability, and partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data teams. It requires 3–5+ years of relevant experience, hands-on AI workflow development, API and webhook scripting, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The position is hybrid in Somerville, Massachusetts, with the office three or more days per week, and offers a $90,000–$115,000 annual salary plus on-target earnings.
