Powerdot is hiring a GTM Operations Specialist in Portugal to build and run repeatable partner-operations processes for its growing partner ecosystem. The role focuses on onboarding, reporting, performance monitoring, issue escalation, automation, billing and reconciliation workflows, partner data consolidation, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Candidates should have 2–4 years of relevant experience in product, revenue, business, consulting, or a similar operational role, along with strong organization, spreadsheet skills, data comfort, and familiarity with AI, SQL, CRM, business intelligence, APIs, or no-code automation tools.
