Airwallex is hiring a Payments Business Operations (Offline Acquiring Focus) Expert to optimize the operational efficiency, stability, and scalability of its offline acquiring business. The role covers the full offline acquiring lifecycle, including merchant onboarding, POS and terminal deployment, settlement, chargeback management, operational process design, partner coordination, KPI monitoring, scheme and regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Risk teams. Candidates need at least five years of payments or business operations experience, deep offline acquiring expertise, knowledge of card schemes and PCI P2PE, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
