Description
Ambient.ai is hiring a GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A requisitions. The role manages requisitions from intake through offer, builds and maintains candidate pipelines using Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Juicebox, screens candidates, partners with hiring managers, and supports the recruiting process with AI tools. The position requires at least four years of full-cycle non-technical or GTM recruiting experience, startup experience is preferred, and the role is hybrid.
