Description
Collate is hiring its first full-lifecycle GTM Recruiter to build and execute recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support. The role owns sourcing, candidate evaluation, offer processes, reporting, and the overall GTM hiring pipeline from intake through close, with a five-day-per-week onsite schedule in San Francisco. Candidates should have at least seven years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong judgment for evaluating sales talent, and fluency with modern sourcing and ATS tools; regulated or technical-industry recruiting experience is a bonus. The base salary range is $165,000–$190,000 for a Senior Recruiter and $185,000–$225,000 for a Staff Recruiter.
