Description
Qualitate is hiring a full-time GTM Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for sales, customer success, and marketing roles. The role includes sourcing and building outbound pipelines, managing requisitions through offer acceptance, partnering with hiring managers, closing competing offers, and building ATS hygiene, sourcing playbooks, and pipeline reporting. Candidates should have 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing and candidate-closing skills, and familiarity with modern recruiting tools. The position offers a base salary of $110,000–$160,000, a performance-based cash bonus, equity, health coverage, flexible PTO, and paid holidays, with a hybrid work arrangement in New York City.
