Description
Traversal is hiring a Founding GTM Recruiter to build and own its go-to-market hiring engine from zero to one. The role owns full-cycle recruiting and sourcing across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, and Operations; builds outbound and referral pipelines; conducts intro calls; partners with founders and GTM leaders on hiring profiles and interview loops; and closes offers. The position requires at least four years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience, strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to operate with limited process. It is a full-time, in-person role in New York with a base salary of $170,000–$250,000 plus equity and benefits.
