Description
The Highway Guardrail Installer performs highway maintenance and guardrail installation, including reading plans, laying out and installing guardrail materials, operating a post pounder and truck, delivering materials to job sites, handling cargo, maintaining paperwork, and following traffic and safety procedures. The role requires a valid driver's license, physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work outdoors, and a flexible schedule that may include day or night shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Desired qualifications include 3–5 years of guardrail installation experience, truck-driving experience, and familiarity with GPS, AVL, and CB equipment.
